My husband and I recently moved into our home and have dealt with a lot of issues and unexpected maintenance. Not being local in the area, it’s been a struggle finding companies that we feel are transparent and not trying to rip us off. Get Lit has been a breath of fresh air for us and has been extremely professional and beyond helpful when it comes to any issues that we’ve had in regard to our plumbing/electrical. James specifically was an absolute blessing and great help when we had to replace a lot of our plumbing in our home! Throughout the entire process he kept us in the loop of what was going on and what he specifically did to ensure that no further issues would arise and cause us any future problems. His expertise and thoroughness through the entire process gave my husband and I reassurance that he was going above and beyond to ensure that our plumbing issue was fixed. James is an incredible worker, Get Lit is lucky to have him as one of their employees!

Christian arrived at my home and greeted me with a warm smile. Christian then proceeded to diagnose my plumbing 'Honey Do' list and give me an estimate of the work. Agreement given, and he proceeded to go straight to work thoroughly and professionally in a timely manner. When he was complete, everything was clean and working properly. Thank you.

I appreciated the less expensive repair Nov 22, 2024

I was given a less expensive repair, which I appreciated. I had an outside faucet that was dripping. To repair it, the repairman said he would need to crawl under the house and replace a pipe, which would have cost a few hundred bucks, which I thought such a repair might have cost. However, I didn't want to pay that much because I don't use that faucet. I was offered a repair, having the faucet capped, which only costs a little over $100, which I accepted.
