A Breath of Fresh Air Dec 12, 2024

My husband and I recently moved into our home and have dealt with a lot of issues and unexpected maintenance. Not being local in the area, it’s been a struggle finding companies that we feel are transparent and not trying to rip us off. Get Lit has been a breath of fresh air for us and has been extremely professional and beyond helpful when it comes to any issues that we’ve had in regard to our plumbing/electrical. James specifically was an absolute blessing and great help when we had to replace a lot of our plumbing in our home! Throughout the entire process he kept us in the loop of what was going on and what he specifically did to ensure that no further issues would arise and cause us any future problems. His expertise and thoroughness through the entire process gave my husband and I reassurance that he was going above and beyond to ensure that our plumbing issue was fixed. James is an incredible worker, Get Lit is lucky to have him as one of their employees!

I was given a less expensive repair, which I appreciated. I had an outside faucet that was dripping. To repair it, the repairman said he would need to crawl under the house and replace a pipe, which would have cost a few hundred bucks, which I thought such a repair might have cost. However, I didn't want to pay that much because I don't use that faucet. I was offered a repair, having the faucet capped, which only costs a little over $100, which I accepted.

Always a great experience with Get Lit Plumbing and Electric. Scheduling is pretty quick and efficient. For work that needs to be done right away, they have someone on call. They’re very flexible with days and times and get things done right away. They’ve done electrical work as well as plumbing and changing my pipes on my home since I’ve invested in this property. They provide before and after photos and itemize things that need to be done. If there is any additional work, they inform you about it so there aren’t any surprises. I have them on speed dial. I highly recommend them!
